Masi Amarone 2003

Pretty ok for a Amarone but lacking much complexity on the nose and palate.
Nose: slightly raisiny, with dominant blackcurrant
Palate: dark juice with slight black tea after an hour
Verdict: allegrini amarone reserva was much impressive, but at a much higher price
