Painstaking queue CNY Lim Chee Guan Bak Kua@Chinatown

Demona's job often require her to be Full Time Food Getter/butler and part time Sales Person.
Her job in Singapore would require her to queue a good 4 hours during CNY to grab some sinfully greasy and meaty Bak Kua from Lim Chee Guan..
I really wonder who invented the custom of eating bakkua during CNY....
It just so weird that you have to queue 4 hours to buy exorbitantly priced bakkua during CNY when the same stuff could have been bought during normal days at half the price minus the queue...
Probably there is some truth in the old saying that. the longer the queue, the better the taste...so you gotta wait for the long queue to occur during CNY before you get the great taste of Lim Chee Guan..

This piece of meat from a dead carcass, toook Demona 4 hours, under the sweltering tropical weather, amidst throngs of Kiasu, fierce Singaporeans to get it for a doctor (her customer)...

Did Demona told you that you smuggled 100gm from every 1Kg she bought?..On company account i tell u !

Lim Chee Guan Singapore's queue is just crazy every year. But not much of a choice. Just have to queue cos they make the best bak kwa in town.
