Gerard Tremblay 2005 Chablis 1er cru Montmain
Some said aged chablis is a rare gem because most pll drank it young.
I kept a bottle of gerard tremblay chablis 1er cru 2005 for a couple of years.
Surprisingly, the acid and fruit still is very much alive, but dissapointedly, the minerality is kinda lost compared to my first few bottles years ago.
