Rong Guan BBQ Seafood

Strategically located at the junction between Ulu Pandan Road and Clementi Road, I'd pass thru this restaurant a zillion time but never had a chance to try them. Finally, I went there after work one day to have a quick lunch..

Sambal Chilli: Not the spiciest and more flavourful I'd tried, but does the job.

Onion Lime Chilli Dip: Lacking in enough "lime-miness" and kick.

BBQ StingRay@10SGD: Pretty well BBQ Stringray with much wok hei on the skin. However, The seasoning on top was a bit mild and the fish was too thin, resulting the natural juice not able to lock in the fillet.

Sambal Kangkong@6SGD: So so, not enough kick. So so.

Malay Noodle@6SGD: It was an slightly above average affair. Nothing majorly dissapointing but could be much further improved on. Need more kick and wok hei.

Verdict: A so so restaurant. Nothing worth screaming about. The total bill for 2 comes to about 27SGD.
