Weinbach Riesling Grand Cru 2005

This wine is rated 94 pointers by WineSpectator: Following are the tasting notes from Winespectator:
Floral and lightly citric, with a lacy texture and concentrated flavors of peach, honey and orange peel. Zesty acidity keeps this lively through the mouthwatering finish. Delicious. Drink now through 2020

Domain Weinbach Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg Cuvee St Catherine l'Inedit Riesling 2005@110SGD: We opened this up during lunch at Sushi Tei while waiting for E to join us later. The first glass was not chilled enought and the nose is muted. On the palate was clean with nice sweet citrus. The second chilled glass push up a few notch higher. Eventhou the nose is kinda muted still, there is a lifting aroma of citrus and flower on your palate. A very good mid and acidity. Good elegance. Very easy and pleasing to drink. One could easily finish up 1 bottle each.
